Refunds
iAddison is software. It is delivered when we enable the avatar for your property. There is no physical shipment and no “return” of a face or voice. Presale money is a reservation until we enable her. These refund rules do not expand liability. The cap and indemnity in the Terms still apply. The iAddison brand is not a warrantor of your leads, bookings, or revenue.
Presale reservations
If you pay before we have turned iAddison on for your property, that payment is a presale reservation. Cancel in writing to info@iaddison.com before setup work starts and we refund that unused amount. If we cannot deliver, we refund it. A reservation is not a live product, not a date guarantee, and not a claim against the brand.
Subscriptions
Monthly or other recurring fees can be cancelled at any time. You keep access through the end of the period already paid. We do not prorate a period that already started unless we choose to, or unless the law requires it.
Setup
One-time setup or configuration fees are earned when work starts. If we have not turned the avatar on and we cannot deliver, email info@iaddison.com and we will refund that unused setup.
What we do not refund
- Time already used, or a period already started, except as above.
- Outcomes — missed leads, a visitor who hung up, a book you loaded incorrectly, or a third-party outage.
- A claim styled against “iAddison” as if the brand were a separate seller. The seller is NSI.
Chargebacks and recordings
Talk to us first. Chargebacks opened without that conversation may result in immediate suspension. All conversations with the avatar are recorded for quality, legal, and governance. Those recordings and session logs may be used to review a refund or payment dispute. See the Recording notice and Privacy Policy.
